RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WARRANTY RETURNS PROCEDURE

1. Ring Moto Direct Warranty team on 01773 864456 for a unique returns RMA reference number or email returns@moto-direct.com . Please quote item reference/description, size and colour and reason for return and required collection date.

2. Box the items with a list detailing reason for return, ensuring to include a copy of the consumers proof of purchase or credit card statement.

3. Write the RMA reference clearly on the outside of the box (this will speed up the service) and the parcel will be collected by our courier.

4. Moto Direct will carry out the necessary repair and notify you of any discrepancy or alternative action as follows;

  • If the item is not faulty or is not covered under warranty, the item may be returned.
  • If the item is faulty and covered by warranty the item will be repaired, if a repair is not possible an alternative will be offered, if this is not suitable a credit will be issued.

Please Note:  If you decide to refund or replace the item without authorisation from Moto Direct we cannot guarantee that a credit note will be issued and this may result in the item being returned.
